We, PICC COMPANY, established a legal entity in Korea in 2003, and PICC Vietnam subsidiary in 2006. Since then, we have been successfully investing and operating direct investments in residential apartments and commercial facilities in key areas of Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), Vietnam.

Vietnam is now a production base for large Korean and Japanese manufacturing/distribution companies that have left China. From Samsung, LG, Shinsegae, and Lotte to Aeon Group in Japan, Ho Chi Minh City in particular is growing into an international metropolis with a living infrastructure comparable to that of Seoul.

The quality of life and the standard of living are also rapidly improving.

In 2015, Vietnam's Foreign Investment Promotion Act came into effect and foreign capital inflows were allowed. In the case of Phu My Hung, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, there is a high-class Korean town and international school, so inquiries and rushes from rich people in Korea continue. However, it is rare to find a good credit company that invests directly in local real estate with a legal and international system like our PICC. The Korean legal entity of PICC KOREA is located in Seocho-dong Seocho-gu, Seoul, and works with Cheongo, a law firm that oversees legal procedures for domestic and overseas transactions and prior and follow-up management. In particular, in the case of large-scale apartments on Saigon Riverside in Ho Chi Minh District 7 (Phu My Hung), which had been sold out for sale until recently, the trust of domestic investors was added through contract transactions with KB Bank's Myeongdong headquarters.
